(4) Immediately after the equipment is started, check whether the belt swing is within the required range, and whether there are other abnormal phenomena. Otherwise, it should be adjusted or shut down immediately.

(5) It is strictly forbidden to start the wire drawing machine and the dust collecting fan at the same time. It is strictly forbidden for the operator to leave the job after starting the machine.

(6) It is strictly forbidden to directly draw the workpiece on the conveyor belt without using the pallet. It is strictly forbidden to directly draw the workpiece without the stopper of the wooden pallet, so as to avoid damage to the conveyor belt and the workpiece flying out and hurting people.

(7) When the two work, the operator behind the equipment shall not be facing the exit of the wire drawing machine, so as to prevent the workpiece from flying and injuring.

(8) The pressure adjustment of the wire drawing machine should be moderate. Under normal circumstances, the pressure gauge indication should be between 35 and 75. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the red line to avoid equipment or personal accidents.

(9) It is strictly forbidden to adjust the air pressure under normal operating conditions to avoid equipment and personal accidents caused by out of control of the belt.

(10) If the equipment is abnormal during operation, it should be shut down immediately and power off to avoid the fault from expanding.

(11) When the equipment is in maintenance, the main power supply should be turned off, and the operation is strictly prohibited on the display to avoid accidents.

(12) When the off-duty or equipment is in use for a long time, the total power and compressed air should be turned off to ensure the safety of the equipment.

Polishing machine operation requirements:

(1) Please read the drawings and technical materials carefully before processing, so as to avoid batch scrapping or waste.

(2) When processing, the drawing direction should be carefully determined according to the technical requirements, the drawing surface should be selected correctly, and the drawing abrasive belt should be selected correctly.

(3), the whole process of processing should be worn with gloves, pay attention to the surface protection of the workpiece, prevent scratches, and cause damage to the surface of the workpiece.

(4) It is strictly forbidden to directly draw the workpiece without cleaning.

(5), the finished workpiece of the polishing machine should be handled gently and layered to protect the surface of the workpiece from injury.

(6) Clean and recycle the waste bin in time to ensure the normal operation of the fan.
